Return and Exchange policy
Our return and exchange policy allows for returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If the item is approved for a refund, the credit will be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item. If a gift was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the gift giver, the gift giver will be refunded and will be made aware of the return.
The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If the item being returned is valued at over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
