We have included hand-picked selected Non-Native artists in this collection because of their talented and creative work and because the creativity of these artists is heavily inspired by our Canadian Native art and culture. We conclude these artists do not imitate Native Art in any aspect but rather accept Canadian Native beliefs and borrow specific painting techniques in their works. However, it is clear to us that their works are of their own inspiration based on their own personal life experiences and creativity.
